George has over 20 years experience in civil, commercial / industrial construction industry. His experience ranges from Project Engineer / Manager with Engineering Design Management, working on rail, highways and infrastructure projects, to Business Development Manager charged with the responsibility of seeking out new business and client opportunities.

Technical Engineer with extensive experience liaising with architects, engineers and other specifiers, to provide value added design guidance and product solutions in commercial / industrial and domestic projects.

Business Development Manager with proven track record of developing new business opportunities. Team management experience working closely with engineers, architects, builders and developers as well as manufacturing sales, marketing and R&D departments. Lead developer managing innovative new products and design solutions that offer sustainable and construction efficiencies.

Michael Ryan Research Engineer, CSR

Michael Ryan has a bachelor’s degree in engineering (structural) and worked initially in consulting structural engineering. He has worked at various roles within CSR for over 20 years, and his experience includes providing technical support, writing technical manuals, developing new systems, and maintaining compliance documents.

Michael has worked with many of the fire testing companies in the region, including CSIRO, Warringtonfire, BRANZ, Ignis Labs, and AWTA for system and material testing, and has performed many AS1530.4 based tests in CSR’s pilot furnace.
