SESSIONS

Are we better prepared?

In this session we will look at the on-going compliance of building and the competency of those people ensuring that the building is safe for those people that use the building for the life of the building. Grenfell taught us that the failure of on-going compliance of the building led to the deaths of 72 people. Are we confident that the people who ensure that our buildings are safe are competent? We look at the international scene of competency assessments.
