Membership Registrations

Insurance and Liability

The organisers do not take responsibility for any individual, medical, travel or personal insurance. Participants are advised to secure their own insurance policies as necessary. Delegate registration fees do not provide such insurance coverage.

Merchant Fee

If you select to pay via credit card a merchant fee will be added to your registration fee. VISA & MasterCard 1.76%, AMEX & International cards 3.0

Registration Cancellation

Cancellations must be notified to Conference Works Pty Ltd by 17 March 2021 to receive a refund. Refunds will be provided minus merchant fees, administration fees and currency transaction fees.

Photography Policy

Photographs will be taken throughout the event for advertising, publicity, commercial, promotional or other internal or external business purposes. If you do not wish for your photo to be taken please contact the event office – ben@conferenceworks.com.au

Name Badges

All delegates will receive a name badge upon arrival at the conference. This badge is the official pass and must be worn at all times to gain entry to the tradeshow hall, conference sessions, social functions and offsite tours, depending on the type of registration you have purchased.

Dress Code

Please note smart casual attire is appropriate for conference sessions and social functions. A jacket may be necessary for air-conditioned meeting rooms.

The dress code for the Conference and Awards Gala dinner is black tie.
