SESSIONS

Practical AI for Fire Protection Leaders & Teams

Generative AI is already being used across fire protection, often informally. This demo-led session shows leadership-grade use of AI as a thinking partner: stress-testing scopes and decisions, surfacing assumptions, finding gaps in evidence, clarifying standards intent, and flagging risks early, before they turn into defects, disputes, or audit failures.

Thamasha "Tham" Galahena

Founder, Enble AI

Thamasha (“Tam”) Galahena is an AI educator, innovator, and builder who turns potential into practical advantage. He helps growth-minded organisations lift people, streamline processes, and use AI to launch new offerings and serve new markets. The goal is simple: turn curiosity into measurable results. Based in Melbourne and working across Australia, he partners with SMEs, associations, councils, and not-for-profits that want capability and innovate.

Previously, Tam co-founded TriumphEd, an ed-tech startup addressing a AU$15B higher-ed challenge, securing $300k in pre-seed funding and building AI-powered software before launching Enble. a Melbourne-based AI firm delivering practical AI training, adoption programs and engineering services for businesses. His sessions are demo-led and focused on safe rollout, measurable productivity gains, and repeatable workflows with clear guardrails around sensitive data, verification and compliance. An ex-CTO, Tam has delivered AI sessions in partnership with Australian government. He believes AI is reshaping how business is done and that success means embracing it, specially where organisations lack in-house bandwidth.
